My all time favourite curry and everyone who's tried it loves it too so hopefully you can enjoy this too. Some people recommend red onions for this. I prefer white onions as I think the red ones makes the curry sweeter. Also I like a lot onions with my Bhindi.

- 6 small white onions
- 1 cube ginger and garlic
- 1 can plum tomatoes
