- 200 grams lambs livers
- 2 medium brown onions, finely chopped
- 2 tsp brown sugar

- Finely chop 2 onions, IĀ mean finely, sharpen that knife and chop carefully. When i first started cooking I was on onion duty for ages so this part is my forte šHeat the cooking oil on a medium / high heat. Throw in the onions and the brown sugar.Keep stirring until the onions brown.
- Turn the heat to high.Time to throw in the liver, IĀ like to slice it so that it's no more than 1cm thick so thatĀ it cooks quicker.It only takes 3-5 minutes to cook on each side keeping the heat on high. Mix it all up and you're doneĀ !! Told you it was quick.
- Serve with mashed potatoes.Could it be any simpler !!
