Our Kitchen
A NOTE FROM OUR FAMILY KITCHEN
Good food is never just food.
It’s the sound of onions and garlic frying, someone asking for “just a little more”, and a recipe that changes slightly every time it’s made.
Zero Leftovers is a family kitchen in recipe form: Pakistani flavours, everyday experiments, and the kind of cooking that makes room for everyone around the table.
We believe in recipes that are generous rather than precious. Use what’s in the fridge. Taste as you go. Add another vegetable if you can. Make it your own.
“I can make it better at home.”
It’s a family motto, a gentle challenge, and a reminder that the best food often comes from curiosity rather than perfect instructions.
A few house rules
- Every day is a paratha day.
- There is almost always a way to curry anything.
- If there are leftovers, tomorrow’s lunch is already halfway done.
Pull up a chair, find something delicious, and make yourself at home.
